Laura Losito - Head Coach of the Mini Novas!

Hi, I’m Coach Laura! I started out as a cheerleader in the summer of 2000. In 2005 I started my coaching career in Oneida Pop Warner, and coached with them for 2 years. In 2006, I started cheering on North Star’s Senior team. In 2007, Lorrie added the Mini and Junior teams to our program. I started assistant coaching the Junior team and continued for 5 years with them. In 2012, I took my first head coaching position with North Star’s Tiny team.

I coached the Tiny Novas for 3 years. In 2015 I moved up a level and took on the head coaching position with North Star’s Mini Team. In March of 2017 I found out I was pregnant with my daughter Callie, and decided to take the 2017 season off, but returned this year to coach the Mini team. Throughout the years I have been involved in judging pop warner, teaching cheer clinics, and gymnastics classes. I look forward to the 2018-2019 season!
